Delivery

Free delivery on orders over £100 (* except to Non-Mainland UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe & Worldwide.) anything below £100 is charged at £2.95. We usually deliver orders in 3-5 business days with Yodel and Royal Mail as our main couriers. Please note geographical restrictions apply.

As a result of high order volumes at peak times, delivery may take longer than normal. Thank you for your patience.

Disclaimer:

We advise you book a qualified electrician to fit certain items once the goods have been received and not prior to this. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.


Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to return the product to us.
  2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • In its original condition and packaging
    • Unused and undamaged
    • Returned with all included accessories, manuals, and parts
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at tony@mhretail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
    • Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
    • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Damaged or Faulty Items:
    • If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a free return and provide a replacement or full refund. Please disable any security features and remove any personal data.
    • After 30 days, we will repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights act 2015.
    • Please bear in mind, we don’t offer exchanges, refunds, or repairs if your item is faulty due to accidental damage, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

       7.Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges.

Exclusions:

  • Items not returned in their original condition or those that are missing parts cannot be refunded.
  • Custom orders or items marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy.
